This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Patch Empire (“we”, “us”) collects through patchempire.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Quote requests. When you submit our custom patch quotation form, we collect your name, email address, phone number and company name, your order specifications (patch type, size, quantity, coverage, backing, border, thread and delivery preferences), any project details you enter, and any artwork or design files you upload.
Emails. If you email us, we receive your email address and any information you include in your message, such as a delivery address when you place an order.
Usage data. When you browse the site, our analytics services collect information such as the pages you view, the page that referred you, your device and browser type, and your approximate location based on your IP address.
How We Use Your Information
- To prepare and send your quotation
- To contact you about your quote or order, including a confirmation email when you submit the quote form
- To produce your patches from the artwork and specifications you approve
- To arrange delivery of your order
- To keep business, tax and accounting records
- To understand how visitors use the site and improve it
- To protect the site against spam, fraud and abuse
Artwork and Design Files
Files you upload with a quote request are used to quote and produce your order. They are stored on our web server and are not published on the site or shared publicly.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) and processes data in line with Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
We also use Jetpack Stats, provided by Automattic, to record visitor statistics. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy for details.
The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers and your IP address is shared with Google.
WordPress sets login cookies only for site administrators. Visitors do not need an account to browse the site or request a quote.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, but analytics will not record your visit.
Who We Share Your Information With
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only where needed to run our business:
- Our website hosting and email providers, which store and transmit form submissions and emails
- The analytics providers named above
- Shipping carriers, who receive your name, delivery address and contact details to deliver your order
- Government or law enforcement authorities, where we are required to by law
How Long We Keep Your Information
We keep quote requests and uploaded files for as long as needed to respond to you, complete your order and handle follow-up questions or reorders. We keep order records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes. You can ask us to delete your quote request at any time.
How We Protect Your Information
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, and access to quote submissions is limited to site administrators. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Your Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email info@patchempire.com.
Children’s Privacy
This site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Our site contains links to other websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, so please review their policies before sharing information with them.
