Welcome to PatchEmpire. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the ordering of custom patches and related products from us. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Quotations & Orders

Quotations provided through our website or by email are based on the specifications you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quote. An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and any required payment or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

Artwork & Intellectual Property

By submitting artwork, logos or designs to us, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or are authorised to use it, and that its reproduction will not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify PatchEmpire against any claim arising from the artwork you provide. You retain ownership of your own artwork; any templates, proofs or original design work we create remain our property unless otherwise agreed.

Design Approval

You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, specifications, spelling, colours and quantities before production. Once approved, production proceeds on that basis, and we are not liable for errors contained in approved artwork.

Pricing & Payment
n
All prices are quoted per project. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of order. We do not store your payment card details.

Production & Turnaround
n
We aim to meet the turnaround times communicated for your order, but estimated timelines are not guaranteed and may be affected by order volume, artwork complexity or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping
n
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.

Returns
n
Because our products are made to order, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Limitation of Liability
n
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PatchEmpire’s total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
