These Terms & Conditions govern your use of patchempire.com and any order you place with Patch Empire for custom patches and related products. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Using This Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. Our thread colour charts, converters and other free tools are provided as a guide. Always confirm colours and specifications with us before approving production.
Quotations and Orders
Quotations provided through our website or by email are based on the specifications you supply and are valid for the period stated in the quote. Changing the specifications after a quote is issued may change the price. An order is confirmed once you approve the quotation and any required payment or deposit has been received. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
Artwork and Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos or designs, you confirm that you own the rights to that material or are authorised to use it, and that reproducing it will not infringe the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify Patch Empire against any claim arising from the artwork you provide. You retain ownership of your own artwork. Any templates, proofs or original design work we create remain our property unless otherwise agreed.
Design Approval
You are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, specifications, spelling, colours and quantities before production. Once approved, production proceeds on that basis, and we are not liable for errors contained in approved artwork.
Pricing and Payment
Prices are quoted per project. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude applicable taxes and shipping. Payment terms are confirmed at the time of order. We do not collect payment card details through this website.
Production and Turnaround
Standard production takes 20–30 days and express production takes 10–14 days. Your quote confirms the timeline for your order. These timelines are estimates and may be affected by order volume, artwork complexity or circumstances beyond our control.
Colour and Product Variation
Colours may vary slightly from on-screen previews because of differences between monitors and thread. Minor variations are a normal part of embroidered and manufactured products.
Shipping
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs.
Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
Because our products are made to order, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Patch Empire’s total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
